Dear Partners, first of all, please forgive the delay concerning hotels. I have now made preliminary reservations - 13 single rooms and 9 double rooms- in one hotel where you can all stay. I think that will be great!. It´s in the very heart of Malmo and very close to all the activities we have planned for you (us). You will hardly need any transportation.

(Heri: I have noted that you who are coming from Denmark will stay for three nights. You will then deduct the sum of 840 SEK for the db and 640 SEK for the singles per room. )
There are a few rooms with 3 beds available, if any of you would want that. That would somewhat lower the cost per person. Should you want me to check the Youth Hostel-I´ll be glad to do so. However, the rooms availible there, are mostly rooms for 4 people( or more) together.
Please check if I have understood your needs correctly: Denmark 7 s +1 db ( =6 s, 1db 30/3 - 2/4, 1 s 31/3 - 2/4), Spain: 4 s, Turkey: 2 db+ 2 s, Belgium: 4 db, Poland. 2 db or 1 bd + 2 s ?
